. About me I have been interested in spiritual questions since my youth – always with the feeling that there is more between heaven and earth than is generally assumed. For a long time, I practiced Zen and Aikido, studied Japanese studies and Eastern and Western philosophy, and trained in transpersonal Gestalt therapy, among other things. Through years of intensive meditation, Kriya Yoga, and spiritual experiences, my horizons gradually expanded. A profound experience in India in 2005 then fundamentally changed my life. Today, I write and publish books on meditation, healing, and conscious living—with a practical, undogmatic approach. Recently, I have also been publishing selected works by the spiritual classic Charles Webster Leadbeater.
